Cultural Care Leadership Retreat Co-Facilitation for the City of Toronto
As co-facilitator in Saccae Studio Inc.'s Cultural Care Retreat for members of the City of Toronto’s executive leadership team, Builducate Inc. led the "Leader as Teacher" learning block, guiding participants to explore the workplace as a neurodivergent classroom. Through accessible coaching tools and inclusive strategies, Builducate supported leaders in adapting their practices, and modeling values-based leadership.

Additional support included trust-building activities, reflection circles, and land-based connection exercises. This partnership with Saccae Studio Inc. reflects Builducate’s commitment to culturally rooted leadership, equity, and collective care.
SAAAC AUTISM CENTRE AND ONTARIO AUTISM PROGRAM (OAP)
Developmental Services (DS) Culturally Responsive Training: Part 1
Co-developed and co-facilitated in partnership with Martylampkinspeaks.com, this training was designed to equip CARE Coordinators in the Developmental Services (DS) sector with the knowledge and tools to provide culturally responsive support. Grounded in equity and real-world application, the session focused on how to meaningfully serve individuals, parents, and caregivers by recognizing the impact of culture in service delivery and decision-making.

This collaboration reflects Builducate’s commitment to embedding cultural responsiveness across systems of care and supporting sector professionals in leading with empathy, awareness, and accountability.
THE READING PARTNERSHIP (TRP)
Facilitation and Consultation
Builducate Inc. is proud of its ongoing partnership with The Reading Partnership. For over a decade, Builducate has contributed to TRP’s mission by supporting curriculum development, program facilitation, coordination, and family-centered consultation.

In 2025, Builducate served as the lead facilitator for the first international cohort of the Reading Partnership for Parents (RPP) program, delivered in Ghana, West Africa. This collaboration reflects Builducate’s commitment to global literacy, culturally rooted parent engagement, and community capacity building through education.
MARTY LAMPKIN SPEAKS
Curriculum Co-Development and Facilitation
Co-developed and co-facilitated in partnership with Marty Lampkin Speaks, Part 1 of the Developmental Services (DS) Culturally Responsive Training was created to equip CARE Coordinators with the tools and understanding needed to deliver services through a culturally responsive lens. The session centered on improving service experiences for individuals, parents, and caregivers by embedding cultural awareness, identity, and equity into every aspect of support.

This training reflects Builducate’s ongoing commitment to transforming developmental services through culturally grounded education, collaboration, and practice-based learning.
